Laurie Mecier of Lang, McLaughry Spera Real Estate in Rutland, has been named the 2011 Vermont REALTOR® of the Year (ROTY) by the Vermont Association of REALTORS® (VAR). This prestigious award honors an individual who best exemplifies the professional qualities of a REALTOR®, and whose commitment to leadership and to their community is unsurpassed.
Omega Tau Rho is a National Association of Realtors® award sponsored by the Vermont Association of Realtors®. The fraternity acknowledges outstanding contributions to the real estate industry. Membership in this honorary fraternity is represented by the Medallion of Service, which symbolizes the recognition and appreciation accorded inductees for their contributions to the state association and the National Association of Realtors®.
These awards were presented at the Vermont Association of Realtors® conference held at the Sheraton Burlington Hotel & Conference Center in Burlington, VT, September 26th - 28th.
